Meet & Greet

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
 
We need your help with Lovinggood’s PTSA Membership.  We will need volunteers for assembling membership packets and working a table selling memberships at various events.  There are day and night times available to help.  The more volunteers the shorter the window – hopefully ½ hour time frame.

Dates for Volunteering:
  • July 29th, 10:45 – 11:15 am - Back to School Teacher Luncheon
  • July 31st, 9:30-11:30 am - Assembling Membership Packets
  • August 4th - Meet and Greet, please choose from the following afternoon shifts:
    • 2:00-2:30
    • 2:30-3:00
    • 3:00-3:30
    • 3:30-4:00
  • August 19th, 6:00-7:00pm - Open House

Mrs. Wilson has asked to have volunteers for 2 days a week for teachers to get lunches off!  The teachers normally eat lunch with their students and we are going to offer them the chance to enjoy their lunch on Tuesdays and Fridays KID FREE!!!  I will be coordinating the volunteers for the entire school year, so please let me know if you are interested and when you are available.  
 
 We need approximately 8 volunteers to cover lunch from 10:45 a.m.-1:00 p.m.  You can either volunteer for
  • The entire 2 hours and 15 minutes, or just part of that time
  •  Sign up for a “regular” shift, or just sign up when you are available

When you respond, please let me know what date and time you are available and whether or not you want to be scheduled on a regular rotation or just occasional. Also, we will need some “back ups” for last minute cancellations, so let me know if you would like to be put on that list.

 
We will start this on
Tuesday, September 7th.  
 
It is going to take a LOT of volunteers, so please consider volunteering - and sign up with a friend!
